YOU ARE STRONGER THAN DEPRESSION

You can’t see someone’s mental health.

It’s sad so many of us have to keep
our mental illness to ourselves.
So we don’t get judged and stuff.
So we suffer in silence.

“Every time I think I’m making progress,
something happens to bring
me right back again.”

It’s not easy to recover from depression.

Even when you think good thoughts
or whatever you still feel depressed,
it doesn’t just go away.

It takes time and effort.

Everybody deals with depression differently.
You don’t need to “think positive”
if it doesn’t work for you.

As long as you are surviving,
you are doing great.
